Engie has set up an innovative loyalty program, “Mon Programme pour Agir”, designed to raise awareness of energy transition issues while offering rewards for active participation in the actions proposed by Engie. The objective of this project was to be able to automatically adjust the content of emails according to the loyalty points of the openers, in real time.
