I joined Reelevant to design and industrialize AI systems, notably generative AI, addressing real and complex marketing challenges, many of which have not been resolved in the market to date. As the platform became more structured and mature, the key challenge shifted toward transforming the product’s functional and data richness into intelligent capabilities that are genuinely usable by non-technical users. As a full-stack AI Engineer, I work on the design and implementation of the product’s AI building blocks: understanding and formalizing business needs, designing Copilot and Autopilot features, as well as defining the architecture of LLM pipelines, the semantic layer, and data orchestration. My role sits at the core of the product, at the intersection of AI, data, and user experience, with a strong focus on robustness and scalability. I collaborate closely with business teams. This cross-functional approach, combined with a culture of high standards and strong technical ambition, makes the experience at Reelevant particularly stimulating and strongly oriented toward real-world impact.

I ensure the team’s upskilling, autonomy, and alignment, while maintaining a high level of value delivered to clients. The team has built a truly groundbreaking technology, and as a Product Engineer, my role is to bridge product and engineering to ensure our users can unlock as much value as possible from it. My day-to-day work blends multiple skill sets—product management, frontend, backend, and even data. For example, I’m currently working on improving the analysis of the platform performance. It starts with interviewing users to understand their needs, then designing a solution, and finally implementing and shipping it. I grew up in the US and have lived France for more than ten years. This made Reelevant’s ambition to accelerate growth in France while expanding into the US made this role a natural and perfect fit.

As a Customer Success Manager, I support clients in designing, implementing, and automating their content personalization strategies. My previous experience as a CRM Project Manager in the retail sector gave me a very concrete understanding of the challenges these teams face. It naturally led me to Reelevant, which I saw as an obvious way to create value differently: by capitalizing on existing but underutilized data, orchestrating it effectively, and transforming it into relevant, automated personalized content. The Reelevant platform enables companies to deliver personalized content to their audiences at scale. The team has built a truly groundbreaking technology, and as a Product Engineer, my role is to bridge product and engineering to ensure our users can unlock as much value as possible from it. My day-to-day work blends multiple skill sets—product management, frontend, backend, and even data. For example, I’m currently working on improving the analysis of the platform performance. It starts with interviewing users to understand their needs, then designing a solution, and finally implementing and shipping it. Having worked across these areas in the past, it’s genuinely rewarding to be in a role that brings all of those skills together. A key strength of Reelevant is the team: talented, sharp, and truly supportive. As CMO at Reelevant, my role is threefold: scaling inbound acquisition in our core French market, launching our marketing efforts in the United States, and building a strong, scalable marketing team to support the company’s growth. Another key aspect of my role is also is aligning and collaborating with the sales to ensure our marketing efforts generate high quality leads that convert into business. I grew up in the US and have lived France for more than ten years. This made Reelevant’s ambition to accelerate growth in France while expanding into the US made this role a natural and perfect fit.

I joined Reelevant to support a fast-growing company by placing customer satisfaction at the heart of the experience. As a work-study student, joining a company that is rapidly scaling and offering an innovative solution on the market represented a real opportunity for learning and hands-on involvement.
